We recently spent a week in Grand Cayman. Our daughter has an autoimmune disease which we treat with a medical diet. Due to the nature of our dietary lifestyle we cannot enjoy a meal out without worry of illegal ingredients. We began searching for a personal chef to help with some cooking during our stay on Cayman. We found Jolene of Nyamaste and our prayers were answered. She checked with us on all ingredients and prepared the most elaborate decadent healthy meals with the freshest ingredients. Our menus consisted of West Indian coconut curry shrimp, divine spinach with cashew cream dip, homemade beet chips (delicious), mahi mahi with a lemon butter caper sauce, the list goes on and on. Desserts are not easy with our diet (we don’t eat sugar) and Jolene created the most amazing dessert for our 14 year old and I’m now able to add that to my repertoire of foods she loves!! Thanks Jolene for making our time away a relaxing and incredible nourished vacation-we could not have relaxed as much as we did without your help!
